this hudson float assembly kit should be purchased with the universal hudson float (part # hudson-ht).   this is all you need (in plumbing parts) to install the hudson float valve into the head space your water supply tank.  this kit includes the banjo brand polypropylene bulkhead, sch 80 pvc nipple and female garden hose fitting to connect to your water supply hose professionally.

should you need a barb instead of the female swivel, please request your specific plumbing notation at the time of checkout.  we can also provide a heavy duty valved brass wye to allow you to connect two 3/4"" id garden hoses to the same hudson.  however, it may be better to set-up two separate hudson's for higher flow.

we strongly recommend only using the 1"" hudson float valve after decades of use.  using the 1"" hudson will allow for maximum flow.  be sure to check the 'grate' or 'screen' in the hudson from time to time as sand and debris can clog the flow and slow you down.

install the hudson assembly using non-drying liquid teflon such as rectorseal t plus 2.
