4312H full frame titan products manual hose reel with upgraded 1/2" FPT super swivel (8620a) w/ zerk fitting and 1/2" id steel manifold suitable for pressure washing and non-corrosive chemicals. It is ok to use a chemical injector before the swivel on this reel.

You need two reducing bushings (2578) and a street 45 (3361) plus a two-wire jump for this reel. if your pressure washer has a plug on the outlet, you need a 3/8" female coupler (2401 or 4630 ss), a 3/8" female plug (3878 or 4959 ss) and a 3/8" male coupler (3004 or 4960 ss) to install the jump hose to this reel.
The TT4312H is a very beefy, stackable hose reel we offer to our pressure washers. This reel can be stacked with another reel of the same width on top or below using a titan products stack kit (tt7054). We offer the reel with the upgraded 1/2" FPT super swivel (8620a) with a zerk fitting instead of the standard stainless swivel cinched in-house by titan. We discovered over the years that the super swivel lasts longer when exposed to hot, high-pressure water because it can be maintained with a grease gun. The 1/2" black iron manifold is connected to the swivel and runs through the center of the reel and makes up the wetted components. As with most belongings in life, the better we take care of them, the longer they last.
If you are trying to choose between the full frame titan hose reel and the u-channel series, consider the following: the lock is standard on this reel and all reels in the 4300 and full frame series. The u-channel reels (4800 series) do not offer the hose reel lock in the standard build, but a bungee cord can be wrapped around the hose to prevent unravelling down the road. The full frame can handle a bit more abuse and pulling hose from the sides without 'tweaking' the reel. The full frame reels can be stacked easily, and the u-channel cannot. The u-channel can be more easily mounted on the side railing of an open trailer without requiring too much fabrication while the full frame reels require a bigger support footprint. We suggest pairing this reel with one of our custom base plates to help you reach a more ergonomic position when manually operating this reel.
A custom length of hose can be assembled in just about any hose we can get our hands on. We can offer a wide assortment of hose ends. We always recommend a two wire (r2) high pressure hose from your unloader on your pressure washer to the hose reel.
It is best practice to always remove all the hose (except one single wrap to protect the crimp) from your reel when using your pump. do not leave hose on the reel when using hot water.
Don't forget to purchase a street 45 in high pressure steel for pressure wash use (3361) or in brass (3361) for low pressure or Softwash use to install where the hose connects to the reel to allow the hose to lay flat against the reel. The hose may kink if the 45 is not installed. If using 3/8" high pressure hose, pick up two steel reducing bushings (2578) and install your hose without quick connects to eliminate extra fittings.

This reel has the estimated capacity to hold the following hose inner diameter hose lengths: 425' 1/4", 300' of 3/8", 200' of 1/2" and 150' of 5/8".
