The 4306h is a very beefy, stackable hose reel we offer to our pressure washers. this reel can be stacked with another reel of the same width on top or below using a titan products stack kit (tt7054). We offer the reel with the upgraded 1/2" FPT super swivel (8620a) with a zerk fitting instead of the standard stainless swivel cinched in-house by titan. We discovered over the years that the super swivel lasts longer when exposed to hot, high-pressure water because it can be maintained with a grease gun. The 1/2" black iron manifold is connected to the swivel and runs through the center of the reel and makes up the wetted components. as with most belongings in life, the better we take care of them, the longer they last.
If you are trying to choose between the full frame titan hose reel and the u-channel series, consider the following: the lock is standard on this reel and all reels in the 4300 and full frame series. The u-channel reels (4800 series) do not offer the hose reel lock in the standard build, but a bungee cord can be wrapped around the hose to prevent unravelling down the road. The full frame can handle a bit more abuse and pulling hose from the sides without 'tweaking' the reel. The full frame reels can be stacked easily, and the u-channel cannot. The u-channel can be more easily mounted on the side railing of an open trailer without requiring too much fabrication while the full frame reels require a bigger support footprint. We suggest pairing this reel with one of our custom base plates to help you reach a more ergonomic position when manually operating this reel. The custom base plate (bp-06) will create a safe and secure space to 'house' your all-flow air diaphragm or Everflo 12-volt soft washing pump. We can also fabricate a base plate to meet your specific equipment needs.

We can offer a wide assortment of hose ends. We always recommend a two wire (r2) high pressure hose from your unloader on your pressure washer to the hose reel.
If using this reel for high pressure hose, add a steel street 45, part 3361, to all the rolled-up hose to lay flat against the middle of the reel. Remember to add two steel reducing bushings, part 2578, to adapt the 3/8" MPT hose ends to the 1/2" FPT super swivel.
