4818H TITAN ALUMINUM 18" U-CHANNEL HOSE REEL STEEL MANIFOLD
4818H U-Channel Titan Products manual hose reel with upgraded 1/2" FPT super swivel (8620a) w/zerk fitting and 1/2" id steel manifold suitable for pressure washing and non-corrosive chemicals. The 4818H is a u-channel hose reel. This is a great reel for pressure washer hose and can easily be mounted to the passenger side railing of an open trailer with minimal fabrication. Please leave a note at checkout. If no note is left, we will send either swivel.
Always strip out all the hose from the reel prior to running water through it. These reels are rated to 140 deg f maximum. Please call us for higher temperature requirements. If you are trying to choose between the full frame titan hose reel and the u-channel series, consider the following: the u-channel reels (4800 series) do not offer the hose reel lock in the standard build, but a bungee cord can be wrapped around the hose to prevent unravelling down the road. The lock is standard on all reels in the 4300, 5500, 4000 series and all the full frame series. The full frame can handle a bit more abuse and pulling hose from the sides without 'tweaking' the reel. The full frame reels can be stacked easily, and the u-channel cannot. The u-channel can be more easily mounted on the side railing of an open trailer without requiring too much fabrication while the full frame reels require a bigger support footprint.
Capacity: holds 625' 1/4", 450' 3/8" high pressure or low pressure hose, 325' 1/2" high or low pressure hose, flex tech rt, kuri tek or yellow ag hose with crimped on stainless steel ends or 225' 5/8" id, flex tech rt, kuri tek or yellow ag hose with crimped on ss hose ends we can cut a jump hose to your exact length and crimp on the hose ends for both high pressure and low pressure hose. A custom length of hose can be assembled in just about any hose we can get our hands on. We can offer a wide assortment of hose ends.
We always recommend a two wire (r2) high pressure hose from your unloader on your pressure washer to the hose reel.
This reel has the estimated capacity to hold the following hose inner diameter hose lengths: 625' 1/4", 450' of 3/8", 325' of 1/2" and 225' of 5/8".
